COMFORTABLE & ADJUSTABLE: Vests come in multiple sizes ranging from kids to small adults and the vest width is adjustable with a simple hook & loop closure. It features a front zipper making it convenient for easy on and off. Weights are safely positioned in pockets inside the vest and can be added or removed. Weights should be carefully and gradually adjusted for each person’s needs (10% of total body weight is a common standard. The total should never exceed 10-15% of total body weight).
